Demand Based Training

4Points believes that any highly available enterprise environment should also be able to deliver comprehensive training systems dynamically on an "On-Demand" basis. As a result, 4Points has partnered with One Touch Systems as a reseller intergrator to provide and deliver best-of-breed Long Distance Live Broadcast and On-Demand base training systems for enterprise training needs.

On Demand's extensive features and functionality, flexible delivery options, and critical authentication and tracking mechanism combine for an elegant solution that records, enhances, and delivers presenter-led sessions as interactive and asynchronous presentations.

On Demand was designed to allow anyone - regardless of computer skill level - to produce interactive and engaging training sessions. Absolutely no programming skills (HTML, Flash, etcetera) are required. Rather, a template-based, Web- console is used to capture the presenter video and PowerPoint slides, perform key video edits, add supplementary materials (additional slides, questions and quizzes, Flash movies, and URLs), and publish the final presentation for delivery to the end user. As with all OneTouch solutions, heavy emphasis is placed on end user accountability. Therefore, all On Demand users are required to authenticate and all question/quiz/poll results are tracked for reporting - regardless of delivery method.

On Demand is comprised of two servers (the Capture Server and the Production Server), an integrated, Web-based Production Console (for session capture and production), a media server component (for streaming delivery), and a Web-based, plug-in-free End User Interface (accessible from multiple delivery options).
